Diggsi provides AI-powered meeting preparation tools, which use publicly available LinkedIn data and other online sources to generate personal insights about professional contacts.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn Corporation.

To use certain features of Diggsi, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful or unethical purpose
  • Scrape or attempt to extract data not intended for you
  • Resell or redistribute Diggsi’s insights or software without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Use automated scripts to access or use the Service

Our insights are generated using public information from third-party platforms like LinkedIn. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of this third-party data.

8. No Guarantees

Diggsi is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of insights, nor that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diggsi, Inc. shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Any issues arising from reliance on our insights

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Services in the last 3 months.

10. Termination

You may stop using Diggsi at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you’ve violated these Terms or pose a risk to the platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll notify users by email or via the app. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
